We offer money saving service plans to suit any budget. Our group of highly trained Hearing Instrument Specialists are ready to help with any issue that may arise with your hearing devices.
Bronze Plan $299 Includes:
- One year of office visits* (Up to 4 visits)
- Hearing aid programming and cleaning
- Ear health check
Silver Plan $499 Includes:
- Three years of office visits* (Up to 4 per year)
- Hearing aid programming and cleaning
- Ear health check
Gold Plan $599 Includes:
- Unlimited office visits for the life of the hearing aids*
- Hearing aid programming and cleaning
- Ear health check
*Parts and accessory charges may apply. Non-warranty manufacturer repair fees will apply.
A service plan may be purchased after a HIS has confirmed the instrument’s eligibility. Hearing aids must be 5 years old or less. Hearing aid must be suitable for the patient’s current hearing loss. Hearing aid must be in working order.
